Next to shade tree. Excellent Chinese food. MUCH better than PF Changs, no wait, great food, awesome Mongolian BBQ and gooooood sake.

  Awesome Restaurant

So we finally ate at Charlie Chiangs, and WoW what nice decor they have there.  Definetly a dress up place to eat dinner at.  Prices are pretty reasonable and the food was well worth the cost.  The only thing I didnt enjoy was being watched while we were eating...It was slow there and like only 2 tables being occupied and every time we looked over the servers we watching us like hungry hawks.  Besides that I highly recommend.
