Easy access to I-66, routes 28/29, and Metro. Convenient to Dulles Intl. Airport, "Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center" (The Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum), E. C. Lawrence and Bull Run Parks, as well as Fair Oaks Mall, Dulles Town Center, Fair Lakes Shopping Center, Fairfax Corner and Dulles Expo Center.
Heritage Crossing consists of 150 homes. Amenities include a gazebo, basketball court and various tot lots throughout the community, and paid access to the Newgate (neighboring community) swimming pool.

Member Information
The HOA Board of Directors meet at 7pm on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Sequoia Management office unless otherwise noted. All community members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Trash Pickup occurs every Tuesday and Friday morning of each week with Recycling services also being rendered on Tuesday morning. Please refrain from putting out trash no earlier than dusk the evening before trash day. Special pickups of large items will be made on Wednesdays upon request only. To schedule a Wednesday pickup or for any other questions, residents can contact Patriot Disposal directly at 703-257-7100.
