The Little Rocky Run community is located south of Route 29 and west of Union Mill Road and includes the lovely Little Rocky Run Valley.
Amenities include three recreation centers, three swimming pools with adjoining baby pools, 16 tot lots, seven tennis courts (two are lighted), and three basketball/multipurpose courts. We also have numerous picnic and play areas as well as miles of paved paths connected to public sidewalks and used for walking, jogging, and bicycling.
In addition, Little Rocky Run has three large recreation centers available for members to rent at a nominal fee for private parties and functions. The recreation centers are equipped with folding tables and chairs and full kitchens. The recreation centers serve as the primary meeting location for the Board of Trustees, committees and community events.
Our newsletter, "The News on the Run" is a monthly publication where residents can find important information concerning the community, local events and vendors. The advertising section of the newsletter is a great source to find local vendors for home improvements, tutors, music lessons, child care providers and much more.
The Little Rocky Run Homeowner Association Staff consists of four full time office personnel and one full time maintenance person. The staff is available to assist residents in all association matters.
