Welcome to Newgate! We are a family-oriented planned community located in Centreville, Virginia approximately 20 miles west of Washington D.C. Easy access to I-66 and routes 28/29. Convenient to Dulles Intl. Airport, "Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center" (The Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum), E. C. Lawrence and Bull Run Parks, as well as Fair Oaks Mall, Dulles Town Center, Fair Lakes Shopping Center and Dulles Expo Center.

Newgate consists of 807 homes and offers a variety of recreational activities hosted through our community swimming pool, pool house, basketball and tennis courts, and tot lots. We are partially surrounded by a Fairfax County Park where one can enjoy nature walks beside a wooded stream.

Your Opinion Matters!

Newgate Community Center Project -- Per the annual meeting vote on May 24, the Board will continue to research this option on behalf of Newgate residents. The Newgate HOA has proposed the construction of a new Community Center building to replace the existing trailer located adjacent to the pool house at 5700 Newton Patent Drive, Centreville, Virginia.

IMPORTANT TRASH NOTICE: Please be reminded that according to the Rules and Regulations for Newgate HOA:

• Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday.
• Recycling is picked up on Tuesdays only.
• Yard debris pickup on Wednesdays is for single family homes only.
• You must call for large item pickups: 703-818-8222.

You should NOT put your trash out for pickup until 7pm the night before (Monday and Thursday night) & any resident observing someone putting the trash our before the scheduled pickup is asked to report the address of the person to Sequoia Management Company at 703-803-9641.

Recycling: If you need a bin, call AAA Recycling & Trash - 703-818-8222.
Don't let your efforts go to waste! Please note:
-- Recycling put out with trash on Fridays will be picked up as trash.
-- Recycling put out on Tuesdays that is not inside, or very near, a recycling bin will most likely be picked up as trash.
