Welcome to Sequoia Farms! We are a family oriented community located in Centreville, Virginia approximately 20 miles due west of Washington D.C. Our community consists of approximately 308 single family homes, a community swimming pool, pool house and tennis courts. On our east side the neighborhood adjoins the large E. C. Lawrence county park offering wide open spaces and several types of sports fields and courts.
