Woodgate Village is a 123-unit townhome community located in Centreville, Virginia in western Fairfax County. It is located approximately 10 miles south of Dulles Airport. Woodgate Village features contemporary designs, ample common areas, two tot lots, and convenient access to I-66, Route 29, and Route 28.

Woodgate Village was built in 1987-1989 by Landmark Communities, Inc. It has a total of 123 townhomes in 21 buildings. The townhomes are contemporary with a unique offset style that affords more open views. Woodgate Village townhomes were built in three styles: two styles have two master bedrooms and the third style has three bedrooms. Variations include a third level, walk-out basements, and custom builder features such as fireplaces and decks.
